Most life-expectancy calculators use population averages. Longevity Diagnostics starts with the U.S. National Death Index (NDI) baseline and then improves that estimate by interpreting your laboratory results in the context of your personal health history and family history.

Your baseline estimate isn’t the full story

An NDI-based estimate reflects how long the average person lives—it does not account for your current health status, lifestyle, or inherited risk factors.
That’s where Longevity Diagnostics becomes different: we use measurable health signals to help you understand what may be increasing—or reducing—your long-term outlook.

What improves the estimate

More precision through risk assessment + action

Our testing helps interpret your risk for many of the leading causes of death and provides a clearer roadmap for prevention and optimization—supported by professional coaching.

You receive:

An estimate of life expectancy starting from national baseline data

  • Lab-based risk interpretation across major disease categories (based on your history + family history)
  • Recommendations to help reduce risk factors
  • Optional coaching to support meaningful lifestyle change

Why this matters

It’s well established that lifestyle improvements (nutrition, physical activity) and appropriate medical treatment can meaningfully reduce risk factors—and in many cases support longer life and better healthspan.

Important note

Your longevity estimate is an informational tool, not a guarantee. It’s intended to help you identify modifiable risks early and take practical steps to improve your long-term health.
